We have access to a semi-automatic profiling machine which we have modified to accomodate our particular fabrication needs. The attached photo will give you a bird'seye view of the types and complexity of profile detailings that we are able to acheive with our profiling machine.

The photo is of formal 16-foot circular fountain. The stonework consists of a coping - an inner liner and a fountain floor

The fountain is enclosed by similar curved seating arrangment divided into 4 sectors and consist of three courses of stone in height.

Seats

In plan view the seat consists of both straight and curved-arc profiles.
The bottom couse does not have any molding details. It consists of straight and curved pieces.
The middle course in cross section measures 16-inches high by 16-inches deep. The lower part of the stone received a molding detail while the upper portion was inset. The inset and molding details were applied on thestraight and curved pieces with relative ease.
The top course onsists of a 3-inch by 20-inch slab with a 1.5 inch radius bullnose detail applied to both the front and back on the straight and curved stones.

2. Fountain -

The fountain floor is made of three concentric circles as shown. All curved detailings were produced with our profile machine
The inner liner stone received a concave shape.
The coping in section measures 10-inches high by 18-inches deep. the outer chord length of the arc is 46-inches. All of the profiling detail was applied with the machine.
The back-side of the coping has a 5.5-inch diameter bullnose detail.

3. Custom shaped profile wheels

Diamond profile wheel custom shaped to meet application need are available.

4. Stone

All the stone in this photo is sandstone. Works equally well in other stone.
