e 4722 USA: I am a contractor. We are building a new home possibly in January or February. I want a granite top on my island in my kitchen. The size is 8' x 6' with a section of that raised to a bar top (approx. 4' x 1' or 18"). We'd like to use local dealers (Cleveland, Ohio) as it would be more convenient for me and future customers to visit the site to pick out what is preferred. When I see a piece of granite that has pinks and veins of black and/or white, this is my idea of what I'd like for my island to be. We'd like to develop a relationship with a company, as we are a medium to high-end custom home builder. Delivery : One Truck of 2000 sft can be delivered every week.
Payment : 25% advance with order and balance before dispacth.
Inspection : To be carried out by your authorised representative before dispatch.
Packing : Random Slabs will be loaded directly in truck with foam sheet in between polishing face to prevent any damage. Cut to size modules will be packed in wooden crate which will cost Rs.5 per Sq.Ft which has been included in the above rates. All prices are on the Basis of FOR Mumbai. Any taxes in Maharastha has to be born by buyer.

We can even import tiles & slabs for you if you have large quantities. For import minimum order has to be ONE container load of mixed colors and sizes in tiles and slabs. We can even supply cut-to-size slabs, vanity tops, etc. at very competetive rates, since we have our own quarries & fabrication unit in India.
