Buyer's reply: I am in the
designing stage right now and don’t have any definite answers for you but to
give you an idea I will describe our current business. We sell slate plaques
that we get raw slate by the 18-wheeler load; about 15 crates each month. We
sell around 250,000 pieces per year. If we develop a new product on the
sandstone I don’t anticipate the demand to be that large at first but it will
certainly increase as the slate did. (I started 15 years ago with 100 pieces of
slate).
Our most popular size is an oval
that is approximately 10 inches wide and 7 inches high. I would like a quote on
that size oval as well as an 8” x 8” square. Please quote me on quantity brakes.

I prefer
to buy locally, but will consider imported, I am currently importing some
product and know the drill.
I don’t have a find-a-stone album but would like
one.
Application would be to be used in a die-sublimation process
I
would need samples to work with before I order a large
quantity.

$3.50sq/ft +shipping depending on order quantity. Colour range is desert sand,
indian summer, sage green, grey, oxblood red. Canada
Cost of shipping is $1500 USD/
container. We can get oval shapes
cut, cost will be $1.00 a sq/ft higher so $4.50 US.
Basically the container price is as
low as we go as far as quantity breaks.

need to know from you what kind of sizes are required. When you say rectangle
and oval do you mean 3 dimensional stones? We have our own factory in Singapore

demands.
