if it is natural clifted thickness variation would be 7 to 12 mm.
if it is gauged tile thickness is 10 mm and variation in thickness will be +/- 1 mm.

could you clarify some of the things in this, readily we have got some stock of 30 cm X 10 cm tiles and the thickness variation for this 7 to 12 mm, because this measurement is almost equal to your requirement and also clarify are you looking for calibrated slate tile or natural cliffted tile.

if it is calibrated, I can give 10 mm thick ness with +/- 1 mm tolerance.

if it is natural clifted the variation will be 7 mm to 12 mm.
