We own quarries in Southern Africa and locally produce a material called Bon Acord, (very similar to the Rustenberg Grey) in three grades, Dark, Super Medium and Light; KG Ebony and African Black, two black granites, quarried in Zimbabwe and the African Imperial Red which is a new South African quarry producing a top quality true Red granite, very popular with our clients in the Far East!

Terms & Conditions of Sale:

1.     All sales are governed by the “General Conditions of Tender & Sale of the Company”, a copy of which is available on request.

2.     Payment terms are Letter of Credit at Sight.  Terms will be subject to a 1% per month interest penalty.

3.     Prices are quoted F.O.B. Durban.

4.     Prices quoted are net of discount. 

5.     We reserve the right to adjust prices according to fluctuations in exchange rates, increases in rail transport, port charges or other costs beyond our control.

6.     Ownership of goods does not pass onto the buyer until full and final settlement of the account.

7.     As granite is a natural product, variations may occur. However, all efforts will be made to supply blocks as similar to the sample given as possible.

8.     Where required, container stuffing costs will be borne by the buyer.

9.     All prepaid freight will incur a 5% disbursement fee.

10. Errors and omissions are excepted.
