Product Quality & Guarantee: GUARANTEE

All supplies of ours, either for modular or customized stone works, or for its own designed and manufactured objects, are performed to provide maximum carefree service with the guarantee to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (when considering the usual tolerances applicable for such natural products).

We will repair or replace promptly, without cost to its customers, any product when it is proven to be defective in materials (considering the normal chemical and physical characteristic of natural stones and metals) or workmanship (considering that it is hand-crafted).

The warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is manufactured, and does not cover normal wear and tear, direct or indirect damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, mishandling, use of improper chemicals for cleaning, improper packing and storage and the like.

The warranty does not cover materials not inspected and approved prior to the shipping of goods, natural flourishing of spots and staining, slippery effects, deformations or cracking caused by torsion, cracking caused by expansion joints, natural alteration of metal appearance when complementing stone works or natural alteration of wood when framing stones.

Message to Readers: DIFFERENCE FROM OTHERS

The range of materials provided by us is definitely the most comprehensive under one roof since, to date, the ornamental stone business is traditionally carried out by parties not familiar with the semiprecious stone business and/or the ancient stone business because the raw material sources, the manufacturing procedure as well as the marketing of those various stone specializations is totally different. Only very rarely do these fields temporarily merge when a specific finishing with multiple materials is requested.

SAMPLING

Since handled stones are natural products, their natural color, veining, flaking, transparency, reflexes, crystalline appearance, texture, wondrous fissures, chatoyantness, translucency and iridescence will be variable in each individual piece, even if not sold singularly but among other pieces of the same nature.

Only industrial non-natural stones can assure the uniformity, but can't compete with the chromatic uniqueness of natural products.

A range of samples is usually submitted to give an idea of the material intended to be supplied

It will be our priority and duty to obtain the most accurate matching, thus any concerned Party should expect reasonable minor differences in the appearance of the finished product.

INSPECTIONS AND QUALITY CONTROL BY OTHERS TO US

Any of the following building, marine and quarrying International Specifications, Certifications, and Guidelines, in addition to local Regulations, where and when related to the stone works, could be applied by us:

AASHO, ASTM, BSI, DIN, EDF, FIDIC, ISO, UNI - DNV, RINA .

INSPECTIONS AND QUALITY CONTROL OF OUR FOR THIRD PARTIES

Our proven experience in all the processes of ornamental, ancient and semiprecious stone works, from the research and discovering of same to the shaping into their required appearance as well as placing in their final destination, allows consult us to provide on behalf of concerned Parties any inspection, survey, management, test, technical assistance, quality control, classification and certification of any stone work according to the Orderer's instructions or International Standards.
