Facilities & Capabilities: For Dimensional Tiles we have a German Tile plant which includes a Block cutter with 2.7 metre blade, 16 station Foxtail saw for sawing of strips and 16 Head Polishing line with dual side calibration, grinding, grooving and chamfering. The total capacity of this plant is roughly between 60000 to 70000 Sqft. per month, depending upon the colour, size and thickness. The Tile plant can make sizes from 3/8" upto 1 ½" in thickness, and upto 18" in width.

For the manufacturing of Gang Saw, Cut-To-Size, Vanity tops etc., we have three Block cutters feeding 16 Head Breton Slab Polishing machine for half / full random slabs and for making cut-to-size tiles of 24" x 24" or 24" x 36" or 24" x Free Length upto 9.5 Feet long. Our Breton Polishing machine has the capacity of 25000 Sq.Ft. per month.

Besides the above we are making a variety of value added items including Tables, Chess Boards, Vases, Kitchen sinks, steps and other odd sized tiles for bathrooms kitchens etc.
