Initially as a slab salesman, then as a countertop salesman and finally as the general manager for one of the larger distributors in Southern Florida. In 2002, he moved to Brasil and began learning the export trading business. He has established a reputation in Brasil as a critical inspector of stone, and tough negotiator for price. Assembling a team of 2 experienced stone tradesmen, and a third in training has been a crucial part of building CTK. The combined knowlege of the team has produced a database of over 200 different suppliers in a very short time.

Prior to shipment, an inspection report is emailed or couriered to the client for approval. Included with the report are any defects noted, list of materials rejected and photographs - digital or standard - of the materials to be shipped.
