We are small traders and purchase slabs and block from some 10 or more Greek Marble and granite companies and against orders for stockist or projects we have those items cut to size or tiles made. Thassos marble is also a sought after material and there is an inner circle of people dealing with this besides the normal Thassos trading companies, meaning that you need to try several companies for a realistic quote as some companies will quote high prices in order not to supply material , doesn't make sense but it is true.
