Terms And Conditions

-Price is an FOB North America Port price (customs and clearance is included).  Transportation from the port to the facility is not included.

-For quantities less than a container, please inquire with the office before ordering.

-Mixed container orders are permissible.

-All containers must be secured with either a wire transfer of funds, company check, letter of credit, or bank guarantee before shipping.

-Terms may be extended at Impala’s discretion only after several transactions have taken place and only after a thorough credit history is revealed.

-Terms of exclusivity are available for different areas of the U.S.  For further details, please inquire with the office.

-All claims must be made within the first 72 hours after unloading at site.

-This price sheet periodically changes.  Please fax inquiries ahead of time before placing an order so any price fluctuations can be addressed.

-All stones are products of nature.  Differences in color, shade, movement, grain size, fossil content, and veining can, and often do, occur.  The subtle variations are not the responsibility of Impala Granite Company.
