b) in rupees for the local market - for retail buyers : Rs. 50/Sq.Ft. + Taxes ( Ex-Factory, UDR)
c) in $ for exports  : USD 22 / m2 (FOB MUMBAI PORT)

- Packing style, : In Wooden Crates / Boxes.
- Delivery period, : Shipment -1 month from the receipts of L/C.
- Price FOB or CIF or Freight costs (approximate),  : FOB
- Your best payment terms : Against 100% Irrevocable L/C At Sight.
- Quality guarantee, (If the buyer can not arrange inspection, how will you guarantee quality or resolve any quality problems?): SGS
